Save the Ceme-trees while we still can.
Once it's gone, it's gone.
Over 150 people turned out on the sunny Bank Holiday to bug hunt and protest proposed devastating woodland clearances.
Southwark council want to fell potentially hundreds of trees and clear wild woodland habitat for 4,800 dead burial plots in our magical living Southwark Woods.
Over 7,300 people now demand the council declare the cemeteries nature reserves and create a 100 acres of wild nature for the health and well-being of all of Southwark and south London.
